Definitions
• The Client - The individual engaging the services
• The Energy Guide - The Individual providing the services
• The Session - Guidance session provided to the client by the practitioner
• Energy Wellness Guide - The service provider
Booking and Payment
• All sessions must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours in advance via the recommended payment method
Changes to Bookings, Cancellations, and No-shows
• Clients can cancel or reschedule their booking by clicking the "Manage Booking" link in the booking confirmation email sent to the email address they provided up to 48 hours before the session
• The practitioner reserves the right to reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours notice to the client
• In the event of an emergency or severe illness, the practitioner will work with the client to find a mutually agreeable date and time to reschedule the session as soon as reasonably possible
- • No refunds will be given whatsoever
Application and Termination of Services
• Not all people are suited for Energy Wellness Guide services
• An application form is required to provide basic details and reasons for seeking guidance
• Applications will be assessed and the client will be notified whether Energy Wellness Guide can guide them going forward
• In some cases, clients' guidance and sessions may be terminated if they choose not to work on themselves
• Energy Wellness Guide does not serve as a crutch, and this policy is necessary to minimise waste of energy
Confidentiality
• All sessions are conducted in strict confidence
• All client information will be kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Statement and the POPI Act of South Africa.
• Identifying client information will be kept private and only used for the purposes of the sessions with the client
• The energy guide will not be contacted via phone outside of session times
Session Policies
• Clients are to be ready for the session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times regardless of the client's arrival
• Arrival of the client for the session later than 10 minutes after the scheduled time will constitute a no-show
• Clients are responsible for providing any pre-session work requested by the practitioner
Seeking Medical Assistance
• The energy guide services are not a substitute for medical care nor is medical advice provided
• Clients agree to seek medical assistance from a qualified healthcare provider for any serious illness, injury or condition
• The practitioner may recommend the client consult a medical professional, and it is the client's responsibility to follow up on any such recommendations
Liability
• Clients participate in sessions at their own risk
• The energyguide will use all reasonable care and skill to guide the client, but in no way can specific outcomes be guaranteed in any form whatsoever
• It is the sole discretion of the client on how, and if, they choose to act on the guidance provided
• The guide may not be held liable for any injury, property damage, loss, or death incurred as a direct or indirect result of any guidance provided
• The client agrees not to make any claims against the energy guide or Energy Wellness Guide for any reason whatsoever
Miscellaneous
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Terms and conditions are subject to change
By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. The energy guide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not obliged to provide a reason for this decision.
